Heartfelt Connections is a proprietary program of our community's management company, Life Care Services. This Signature experience is a person-centered, activity-focused program grounded in the knowledge that the abilities that remain for an individual impacted by Alzheimer's or other dementias are far more important than what is lost. By leveraging this specialized dementia care, we help loved ones capture a lasting legacy about each resident's family, friends, career, hobbies, likes, and dislikes and then apply these insights to individualized programming for the resident. Through this program, we focus on each resident's unique abilities, enriching lives and creating success stories one small victory at a time.
Our Personalized Approach To Memory Care In Bartlett
At Hearthwood, ours is a community connected where residents and their families are encouraged to decorate their studio residences with personal items or keepsakes. Each residence offers a view of our Carillon bell tower, a beautifully wooded area, or a serene garden. Our indoor walking area and secure outdoor garden paths provide a peaceful retreat, allowing residents to enjoy a sense of calm and quiet contemplation.
At Hearthwood, memory care residents enjoy three delicious, family-style meals daily in our warm, country kitchen setting. Our open and airy common area offers residents many recreation opportunities and the chance to gather with other residents and their family members to enjoy the time together.
